haha. fyi, the illinoiS pals didn't like Michigander, so Migger was born.
So yea, i live in Boston now.
Celeste and i went to Brooklyn on Friday after my great interview with s5a, and boy was that a trip! i don't enjoy any of the old trains... esp the a, c, e, n, q, r. haha. they're soo creepy. the people are usually very interesting too. one guy on the A was literally eating his finger nails off of his hand. YUCK!!!x47. he didn't stop the entire time we were sitting near him. it was the worst when he was looking at me while doing it. wtf, man. THEN! he gets off the train and a guy with a book about diseases sits down. after we transfer to another train, a guy with many hospital bracelets on stumbles onto the train semi grabbing himself. he finally sits down and it is clear he does not have on underwear. ew. he continues the fondling and a girl he was sitting near moves to the other end of the train. eww. way to make the mistake of looking to the right. :( that was a fail, if you will.
We got off the train at the Clinton-Washington stop. such a beautiful area. i would definitely live there if i had the chance. it's much nicer and quieter than manhattan. then celeste and i got to a weird part of brooklyn. the macy's there was extremely gross. there was clothes, shoes, and literally garbage all over the floor. it looked like a discount store :( how sad. we decided that it was time to head back to manhattan. ugh, what an interesting trip! then it was time guacamole and margaritas at Mary Ann's around Chambers and Broadway. It was too good. we were still feeling adventurous and like "fatties," so we went to shake shack. haha. overload of yummy food that is absolutely not healthy.
Last night bill and celeste took me to Rack n Soul. MMM MMM MMM, soul food :) i'm going to miss those two soo much. they've really have become more than friends to me... they're more like family. though, celeste is like a mom and bill is like my twin brother. haha. she had quite the handful with having 2 "interesting" people in the house. i'm beyond grateful that they let me come live with them for roughly 3 months. what an amazing opportunity :) i'm very blessed.
This morning i headed off to Boston. so far, so good. i've been hanging out with my sister and her mafia boyfriend all day :) ok, he's not apart of the mafia, but he is italian and i just like to connect dots...even i'm creating the dots.
"you're in the friend zone... b****!!" HAHA.
tomorrow will be my first day as a vegetarian/vegan-ish person. woohoo! i think i can do it, other people are doubting me. ha. (actually today.. i like to writes posts and not post them)
"you all have daddy issues."--whatever! i object!
So this is crazy and very scary. I was always afraid about a terrorist-type attack occurring while i lived in nyc. nyc is packed full of people, locals, tourists, and people who work in the city, and it's an island. if something extreme were to happen, how do you get off an island?! true, there's bridges and the lincoln tunnel, but it would be complete chaos causing more damage or the ways out would be inaccessible.
Anyway, this is what happened in Moscow.
Moscow, Russia (CNN) -- Russian investigators combing two subway stations attacked by female suicide bombers think Chechen rebels may have been behind the rush-hour strike that killed dozens of people.
"Our preliminary assessment is that this act of terror was committed by a terrorist group from the North Caucasus region," Alexander Bortnikov of the Federal Security Service said of the investigation at one of the blast sites.
The two explosions that rocked the subway stations in central Moscow during rush hour killed at least 38 people and wounded more than 60 others, spawning widespread public outrage.
